Yes! We provide customization options such as adding school logos, names, event dates, or personal messages for all Fundraising partnerships. (All Designs must be school appropriate).
What materials are your hats made from, and are they ethically sourced?
Our hats are made from durable, comfortable materials like cotton, polyester blends, and wool. We prioritize ethical sourcing by partnering with suppliers who adhere to fair labor practices and sustainable manufacturing standards.

We offer standard ground shipping (free on orders over $50), expedited 2-day shipping, and overnight options. Costs vary by location and order size—check our shipping calculator at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout, and duties/taxes may apply.
How long does it typically take for orders to arrive?
Domestic orders usually arrive in 3-7 business days with standard shipping. Fundraising Bulk orders may take an additional 30-45 days for production.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund promptly.
Returns and Exchanges Questions
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom hats are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select “Return/Exchange.” Print the provided label and ship the item back—we’ll handle the rest.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Customized hats, clearance items, and hats marked as final sale are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Fundraising Questions
How does your fundraising program work for schools and individuals?
Our program allows schools, clubs, or individuals to design a custom hat specific to their school , team or purpose. We provide custom a custom pop up shop for you to share. Once your team/organization has met the minniumum quantity needed and the time window has elapsed we will place the order and provide you with easy tracking.
What percentage of sales goes towards the fundraising cause?
We offer a simple fundraising structure. Our hats cost $30, if your organization sells 50-100 hats you get $15 per hat. If you organization sells 100 hats or more you get $20 per hat. This margin is only available in bulk shipping and local pick up options only.
How do I set up a fundraising campaign with your company?
Visit our fundraising page, fill out the application form, and our team will guide you through creating a personalized campaign in just a few days.
Are there any requirements or minimums for participating in fundraising?
In order to offer such a high return we require at least 50 hats sold to maximize impact and maintain feasibility. Open to schools, teams, clubs, and verified individuals.
How and when are fundraising proceeds distributed?
Proceeds are calculated at the end of the fundraising window (typically 30 days) and distributed via check, PayPal or ACH Wire Transfer.
Can individuals (e.g., students or athletes) use your platform for personal fundraising?
Yes! Individuals can fundraise for personal goals like scholarships or sports fees, as long as the cause aligns with education or community support.
Product Care and Maintenance Questions
How should I care for and clean my hat?
Spot clean with mild soap and water, or hand wash gently. Avoid submerging embroidered areas to preserve designs.
Are your hats machine-washable?
Most are not recommended for machine washing to prevent fading or shape loss. Check the care label on your specific hat for details.
What should I do if my hat gets damaged?
If it’s a manufacturing defect, contact us for a repair or replacement. For general wear, we offer repair kits or tips on our blog.
